Free shipping, always — Every order on bymadee.com ships free within the contiguous United States. No minimums, no codes — the price you see is the price you pay.

Where we ship — We currently ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We're not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Processing & delivery — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days via standard carriers. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking your order — A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships, so you can follow it from our door to yours.

A note on packaging — Your order arrives in simple, unbranded packaging — no clutter, no fuss. Just your By Madee pieces, ready for the table.
